This package is for weddings that will have 200 or more guests.  It is based on the Gold Package and includes many additional hours of planning and coordination.

• initial planning consultations (approx. 3 hours)

• interim planning consultations

• suggesting and booking for:

  • marriage ceremony location

  • marriage commissioner

  • reception venue

  • menus

  • musicians or DJ

  • wedding cake

  • flowers

  • transportation

  • photographer

  • beauty salon appointments

  • rehearsal dinner

  • obtaining hotel rates and arranging up to 4x block bookings

  • supplying lists of information for hotels to be forwarded to guests

  • supplying maps and tourist information packages

  • arranging for guest gift baskets if required

  • assisting with arranging or sightseeing trips for guests

  • taking bridal couple to obtain marriage license

  • directing the rehearsal (approx. 1 hour)

  • wedding coordinator to attend rehearsal dinner

  • attending and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (approx. 7 hours)

  • plus an additional 20 hours of planning and consultation
